1. What is Membership?

Membership at Vapi Punjabi Charitable Foundation provides individuals and families an opportunity to formally associate with the Foundation and contribute to its mission in a structured and meaningful way.

Members:

  • Support program execution
  • Represent the Foundation within the community
  • Uphold and promote the values of service and unity

3. Membership Categories & Charges

To make participation inclusive, the Foundation offers different membership options:

Annual Membership

  • Valid for one year
  • Suitable for individuals seeking active involvement

Lifetime Membership

  • One-time contribution
  • Long-term association with the Foundation
  • Recognition as a lifetime member

Family Membership

  • Covers immediate family members
  • Encourages collective participation in programs

Patron / Donor Membership

  • For individuals contributing above a defined threshold
  • Special recognition at events
  • Priority invitations to Foundation programs
  • Contribution: ₹____ and above

(Charges can be updated as per the Foundation’s approved structure.)

4. Membership Application Process

Step 1: Submit Application Form

Complete the membership form online or collect a physical copy from the Foundation office.

Step 2: Provide Required Documents

  • Government-issued ID proof
  • Address proof
  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Contact details 

Step 3: Membership Contribution

Pay the applicable membership fee through approved payment methods such as online transfer, UPI, cheque, or cash at the office.

Step 4: Review & Confirmation

Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee. Upon approval, members receive:

  • Membership confirmation
  • Membership ID or certificate (if applicable)
  • Official communication from the Foundation
