• Free health services via Shri Harkishan Charitable Dispensary
• Blood donation camps supporting hundreds of patients
• Daily Langar Seva (free meals) for the hungry, 365 days a year
• Free notebooks and education support for underprivileged children
• Interest-free loans for higher/professional studies
• Sanitary pad distribution & cloth donation drives for dignity and care
• Support for community unity, Army caravans, and social welfare
