1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed.
- We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on location.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Serviceable Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within Vapi.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- Customers can track their order using the provided tracking number.
5. Damages & Issues
- Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
