At Vapi Punjabi Charitable Foundation, we value your trust and strive to ensure complete transparency in all transactions. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully.
1. Donations:
- All donations made towards Vapi Punjabi Charitable Foundation are non-refundable.
- Once a donation is made successfully, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of:
- Duplicate transaction
- Technical error causing an incorrect charge
- Fraudulent transaction identified by the payment gateway
- In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will review the request.
2. Product Purchases:
- Orders for physical/digital products can be cancelled only before they are shipped/dispatched or delivered.
- Once shipped/delivered, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancellations (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 working days].
3. Services / Event Registrations:
- Cancellation requests for services or event registrations will be accepted [X days/hours] before the start date.
- Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service/event has started.
4. Failed / Duplicate Transactions:
- If your payment was deducted but the transaction failed, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method automatically within 7–10 working days.
- For duplicate payments, please contact us with transaction details. After verification, we will initiate a refund.
5. Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original payment source (credit/debit card, bank account, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
